I came across this initiative by an entrepreneur, Divyanshu Asopa, where you can send greeting cards to Indian soldiers on the border for Rs. 50 per card.
They claim it to be a not-for-profit initiative & have the army's support to deliver the cards to the soldiers on the border.

You just need to pay for the card (& shipping), they will deliver it to the soldiers on border.

Great initiative, if they can really achieve it & make it successful.
